2022 Work Bond Policy

Chester Little League is an all-volunteer organization. In order to have a successful season, we rely on our players’ families to not only get their kids to practices and games, but also to volunteer. In order to encourage volunteer participation, each family is required to provide a deposit of $250 to guarantee your commitment to helping our organization. This work bond check is then held as collateral against volunteer obligations with our league, in various capacities, over the course of the season.

ALL families are required to provide a work bond check. This includes parents who intend to volunteer as an assistant coach or team parent. The ONLY exception is family members who are chosen by the league president to manage a team or who families who have generously sponsored a team through their business.
